Matahari Launches a New Identity and Brand-new Imagery

Matahari launches a new identity and brand new imagery moving in the direction of a large format specialist or as the company refers to a ‘House of Specialists’ where it represents a rejuvenated merchandise offer, fresh new store concepts, upgraded customer experience.

Matahari is hosting a rebranding launch event at Atrium Mall Taman Anggrek, launching its new logo and brand positioning as a customer centric, Omni - channel House of Specialists to serve the specialist fashion needs of the biggest cohorts of customers across Indonesia in line with its 5 years strategy of building market share in its target market as the most pervasive retail brand in its sector.

In this highly dynamic industry, Matahari wants to continue to serve the needs of our customers in Indonesia and build superior merchandise sourced right here in Indonesia to global standards, provide a better shopping experience than ever before and build our employer and community brand under our people first approach," said CEO of Matahari, Terry O'Connor. "Matahari will evolve and modernize as the customer-preferred shopping destination that delivers quality, aspirational, and affordable fashion collections, the largest Childrenswear and Footwear store in the country and compelling Beauty ranges. Matahari will appeal to all ages of customers with increasingly more shoppers under 25 years old supporting our stores."

To realize the concept of 'House of Specialists', Matahari will focus on four main things: Products, Price, Customer Experience and People.
