PT Matahari Department Store Tbk ("Matahari or "the Company"; stock code: "LPPF") is excited to welcome the 77th anniversary of Indonesia's independence, and has prepared the 77 Days Spirit to Independence Day (1 June – 17 August).

Matahari presents 77 Days Spirit to Independence Day program in line with its efforts to raise the Indonesian spirit.

Matahari has prepared 4 big themes of this campaign. The first aspect will start in early June until first week of July 2022 to support the holiday season entitled “Hooray, It’s Holiday!” campaign after customers can now travel with their families or for work with minimum restrictions.

This 77 Days Spirit of Indonesia campaign also focuses on every student returning to school physically after the pandemic disruption. Matahari realizes that its loyal customers come from every segment and background and fully supports the spirit of back to school positively through the campaign of “Ayo Sekolah” on July 2022.

Additionally, getting closer to Independence Day on 11 – 17 August 2022, and as a form of remembering the fighting spirit of the Heroes and the victory for Indonesian independence, Matahari launches the best Red and White collection through “7 Days 7 Nights Party” campaign.

Matahari will bring the campaigns with the promotions as follow:

  • “Hooray, It’s Holiday!”, will be started on 6 June until 10 July 2022, consist of Luggage Fair, Shoes New Arrival, Casual Fair, Intimate Fair, and the Cosmetic UV Shield Product offer, and more;
  • Ayo Sekolah”, will be started on 1 July - 31 July 2022, consists of Black Shoes Fair, Kids Fair, Backpack, Socks, and other promotions;
  • “Party 7 Days 7 Nights”, on 11-17 August 2022, consist of Special Price, Bundling Batik, 7 Days Beauty Hampers, and more; and sale of Red and White Collection.

Matahari also brings advanced digital operations by running exclusive special promotions available on Matahari.com and other specific promotion in its official store on marketplaces such as Tokopedia and Shopee.
